Returns 

We accept returns for most products unopened if initiated five (5) days after the order arrives at the ship-to address. If more than five (5) days have gone by since your purchase was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

We also will replace any item that has been damaged in shipping or have a manufacturing defect. In these cases please photograph all aspects of packaging damaged or manufacturing defect as soon as you identify damage. Normally this is required so that the shipping company will respond to insurance reimbursement requests. As soon as we get the pictures we will either ship out the new item which usually takes about 2-3 days to process on items in stock and 7-10 business days for items that have to manufacture. We keep very little stock and most items have to be made on-demand. 

Your item is acceptable for returns if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We can not accept returns of neck gaiter, face masks, or any face cover. We take this policy stance to protect our staff and customers’ protection. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please only return items to:

There are no returns or exchanges for products more than 15 days after delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund to the original payment method will be initiated within 5 days of receipt and acceptance of the returned product. Unfortunately, We do not control how many days the refund takes to appear on the payment method used. We use third-party payment processing services for your security and because of this, we do not control when your payment institution credits your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment institution (bank, credit card company, PayPal, amazon pay, google pay, apple pay, etc.) if they have a record of and a time frame of your refund. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@endzonespirit.com, and we will undoubtedly reach the payment processing company to see what the issue is and work with you and them to find a solution. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded; no refunds on sale items

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@endzonespirit.com and send your item with its order number to:

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
